For a Lyttelton berth, use the approved transport off the wharf. Confirm your cruise line’s Christchurch shuttle, its fare and its first departure. A shuttle into Lyttelton township is a different service from a transfer to central Christchurch.
Christchurch in 90 starts and finishes at the Bridge of Remembrance on Cashel Street, in central Christchurch. Arrange your transport to reach the meeting point before the booked start time.
Find the Bridge of Remembrance ↗Ask your ship for its all-aboard time and the last return shuttle. Allow for queues, traffic and the transfer back to the vessel. The port’s scheduled sailing time is not your all-aboard deadline.
Lyttelton Port’s visitor guidance identifies the Christchurch city shuttle stop on Cashel Street near Westend Stories. Your cruise line confirms the service, fare, drop-off and last return time for your visit. The Bridge of Remembrance is on Cashel Street; check the exact drop-off before walking to meet your guide.
Use the current Lyttelton Port cruise information and your onboard instructions. Port passengers cannot walk through the operational wharf. We do not include a shuttle ticket or a guaranteed transfer time in either walking tour.

Meet at Tūranga / Cathedral Square, following the tour’s meeting instructions. The afternoon departure can be too late for a cruise port day. Check the actual finish time and your return transport, or enjoy this walk during a stay before or after your cruise.

Yes. Book directly with This Uncharted World using the tour’s calendar. You arrange your own transport from the port and back, and must choose a departure that fits your ship’s all-aboard time.
Start with Christchurch in 90: a 90-minute guided walk of approximately 4 km, including one scoop of Rollickin’ gelato. The Ultimate walk lasts up to three hours; its afternoon departure may not leave enough time to return to a cruise ship.
Port pickup and shuttle tickets are not included. Christchurch in 90 meets in the city at the Bridge of Remembrance on Cashel Street and finishes at the same landmark. Confirm the city transfer and drop-off with your cruise line.
No. Arrival does not mean you can disembark immediately. Check your ship’s disembarkation arrangements, transfer time, all-aboard deadline and return shuttle before choosing a tour. Ship schedules and tour availability can change.
