Arrival and departure refer to the ship, not the tour. Your all-aboard time will be earlier than the ship’s departure. If a date has no tour available, please choose another suitable departure or contact us.
LYTTELTON TO CHRISTCHURCH
Our walks begin in central Christchurch. Your journey from the ship is part of the day to plan separately.
For a Lyttelton berth, use the approved transport off the wharf. Confirm your cruise line’s Christchurch shuttle, its fare and its first departure. A shuttle into Lyttelton township is a different service from a transfer to central Christchurch.
The Ultimate Christchurch Walking Tour meets at Tūranga’s Gloucester Street doors, opposite The Court Theatre. Arrive at 09:50 for the 10:00 departure. The walk finishes around 13:00 at the Bridge of Remembrance on Cashel Street. Allow time for your transfer into the city and the walk to the meeting point.
Find Tūranga’s Gloucester Street entrance ↗Ask your ship for its all-aboard time and the last return shuttle. Allow for queues, traffic and the transfer back to the vessel. The port’s scheduled sailing time is not your all-aboard deadline.
