Before you book
Read the Ultimate’s duration, distance and inclusions. For accessibility, allergies, dietary requests or a group enquiry, contact the operator before committing to a booking. Include your preferred date and the question you need answered; do not send payment-card details.
An existing booking
Use the contact details and booking reference in your confirmation. If you booked through another platform, use that platform for payment, amendments and refunds. If you are running late, call the number on your confirmation; a missed departure cannot be guaranteed a catch-up.
